Campground Rules & Policies

To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and relaxing experience for all guests, Foster Lake RV Resort maintains the
following campground rules and guidelines. By staying with us, you agree to follow these policies during
your visit.
General Campground Rules
- Please respect fellow guests and keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours.
- Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
- Speed limit within the resort is 5 MPH for the safety of all guests.
- Children must be supervised at all times, especially near the water and pool areas.
- Campfires are allowed only in designated fire rings and may be restricted during high‑fire conditions.
- Please keep your site clean and dispose of trash in designated dumpsters.
- Alcohol is permitted at your site but must be consumed responsibly.
- Fireworks, firearms, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
Pet Policy
We welcome well‑behaved pets at the resort. To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone, please follow these guidelines:
- Pets must be kept on a leash at all times while outside your RV or cabin.
- Please clean up after your pets immediately and dispose of waste properly.
- Pets may not be left unattended outdoors or allowed to disturb other guests.
- Aggressive or disruptive animals may be asked to leave the property.
- Pets are not permitted in the pool area or resort buildings unless otherwise posted.
RV Guidelines
To maintain a clean, safe, and functional environment, all RV guests must follow these guidelines:
- All RVs must be in good working condition and free of leaks or hazards.
- Only one RV and one vehicle are allowed per site unless otherwise approved.
- Additional parking is available in designated overflow areas.
- Sewer connections must be properly sealed at all times.
- Generators may only be used during approved hours and must not disturb other guests.
- Please keep all personal items within your assigned site boundaries.
Check-In & Check-Out
- Check‑In Time: 2:00 PM
- Check‑Out Time: 11:00 AM
Early check‑in or late check‑out may be available upon request, depending on occupancy. Additional fees may apply.
Guests must register upon arrival and display any required parking or site permits provided at check‑in.
Safety & Responsibility
Guests are responsible for their own safety and belongings. The resort is not liable for accidents, injuries,
theft, or loss of personal property. Please report any safety concerns to resort staff immediately.
