Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Foster Lake RV Resort, we understand that plans can change. Our Cancellation & Refund Policy is designed
to be fair, clear, and consistent for all guests. Please review the guidelines below before making or
modifying a reservation.
Standard Cancellations
Cancellations made at least 7 days before arrival are eligible for a refund, minus a small
processing fee. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are not eligible for a refund, but may receive
a credit toward a future stay at the resort, subject to availability and management approval.
No-Show Policy
Guests who do not arrive on their scheduled check‑in date and do not contact the resort in advance will be
considered a no‑show. No‑show reservations are non‑refundable and not eligible for credit.
Early Departures
Guests who choose to depart earlier than their scheduled check‑out date are not eligible for refunds or
partial credits for unused nights.
Reservation Changes
Changes to reservation dates may be allowed based on availability. Rate differences may apply.
Requests to modify a reservation should be made as early as possible to ensure the best options.
Weather & Natural Conditions
We do not offer refunds or credits for weather‑related conditions, including rain, wind, smoke, or other
natural events outside our control. The resort remains open in most weather conditions, and guests are
responsible for planning accordingly.
Special Events & Holiday Weekends
Reservations during holiday periods or special events may be subject to different cancellation deadlines
or non‑refundable requirements. These details will be provided at the time of booking.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on
your bank or payment provider.
